Efi Guterman, Attorney

Ms. Efi Guterman is an Attorney at Law, a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2014. She specializes in trademark and design patent practice and managing intellectual property portfolios, including filing with the Israel Patent and Trademark Office and Patent Offices worldwide and handling various prosecution, examination, and registration procedures. As part of her professional experience, Efi has appeared before the Registrar in design matters and participated in court proceedings related to trademark issues.  Efi is also a Trademark and Intellectual Property senior paralegal since 2010.

Before joining Fisher Friedman IP Group, Efi worked as a paralegal and IL Patent & Trademark Attorney at several known Patent Attorney firms. Efi holds an LL.B. degree from the College of Management Academic Studies in Rishon LeZion, Animal-assisted therapy (AAT) certificate from David Yellin Academic College of Education in Jerusalem  and B.A. Behavioral Sciences degree from Judea and Samaria College in Ariel.
