Dr. Eran Silverman

Dr. Eran Silverman is a senior partner at Fisher Friedman IP Group (FIPG) and a registered patent attorney in Israel since 2008. He brings extensive experience in intellectual property strategy, with particular expertise in patent drafting and prosecution, infringement and patentability analyses, and freedom-to-operate and validity opinions.

Dr. Silverman advises clients across a broad range of life sciences and technology sectors, including medical devices, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and molecular and cell biology, as well as military and civil technologies. He is known for his analytical rigor and ability to navigate complex IP challenges in highly technical fields.

Prior to joining FIPG, Dr. Silverman was a partner at a leading patent attorney firm. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Biological Chemistry and Molecular Biology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He also completed a post-doc at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and established a molecular laboratory at Schneider Children’s Medical Center in collaboration with Tel Aviv University.
