Dr. Eran Silverman

Dr. Eran Silverman is a licensed patent attorney since 2008, Israel Patent and Trademark Office. He specializes in patent drafting and prosecution, infringement analysis, patentability analysis, validity and freedom to operate opinions in various fields, including medical devices, molecular biology, cell biology, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, biomedicals. Dr. Silverman also specializes in military and civil technologies.

Dr. Silverman holds a B.Sc. degree in Biology, M.Sc. & Ph.D. degrees (Direct Track) in Biological Chemistry & Molecular Biology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. After receiving his Ph.D. and prior to starting his career as a patent attorney, Dr. Silverman was a research associate at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute in the department of Pharmacology in the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, Denver, Colorado, USA. Dr. Silverman also established the Molecular Lab facility of the Frankel Laboratory, Center for Stem Cell Research and Experimental Bone Marrow Transplantation at the Schneider Children’s Hospital, Petah-Tikva, Israel, in collaboration with the Felsenstein Medical Research Center of the Tel-Aviv University. Prior to joining Fisher Friedman IP Group, Dr. Silverman was a partner at a large Patent Attorney firm.
