Ms. Lena Gershtein is Head of Paralegals at Fisher Friedman IP Group (FIPG), bringing over 15 years of experience in intellectual property operations and portfolio management. She has extensive expertise in global IP procedures and oversees the firm’s paralegal function, ensuring efficient management of patent, trademark, and design portfolios across multiple jurisdictions.

Ms. Gershtein specializes in docketing, filing, and prosecution support for patent, trademark, and design applications in Israel and worldwide. She works closely with clients to manage their IP portfolios, providing regular updates, status reports, and budget forecasts with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

She holds an interdisciplinary B.A. in Social Sciences from Bar-Ilan University. Prior to joining FIPG, Ms. Gershtein worked as a paralegal at a leading patent attorney firm.
