Lena Gershtein

Ms. Lena Gershtein is a patent, trademark, and design paralegal and heads Fisher Friedman’s paralegal department. Lena specializes in management of IP portfolios, docketing and filing of patent, design and trademark applications, with the Israel Patent and Trademark Office as well as with Patent Offices worldwide. She regularly interfaces with the group’s clients regarding their IP portfolios and provides updates, status reports and budget forecasts.

Ms. Gershtein holds an Interdisciplinary BA in Social Sciences from Bar-Ilan University. Prior to joining Fisher Friedman IP Group, Ms. Gershtein worked as a paralegal at a large Patent Attorney firm.
